A vamp character I’ve had for quite a while.
He is powerful and he is also in charge of the Roui council which is a group that protects the Dark Realm(an alternate realm that all vampires, werewolves, dragons and demon originate from and can live). He gets bored sometimes and decides to go through high school to cure the boredom. Usually he starts a gang too. In this particular story, is rival is another bored vampire named D.
His hair actually is white. The black hair, blue eyes is just a human disguise obviously.
